Thanks for your interest in tango tours through Becka Tango Inc. (BTI). We look forward to provide quality lodging and tour services to you and your companion/group. We promise to do our best to make your travel a unique experience by providing comfortable lodging and good times at Becka Tango House (BTH). You are required to make your own travel arrangements to and from Buenos Aires as Becka Tango Tours does not provide flight tickets; however, we will arrange airport pick up upon your arrival. Since some may wish to explore other South American countries, before or after visiting Buenos Aires (some countries require visa). Therefore, making your own travel arrangements are most desirable.
In order to reduce the chances of confusion, we have prepared a "Terms And Conditions" list for our services and lodging facilities, which we require all travelers to read and understand fully before applying.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- BTI is not a travel agency. As such, we do not provide airline tickets. However, we will coordinate your trip by formulating an effective itinerary so that you can use your time most efficiently in the city of Buenos Aires. We will also be pleased to assist you in your travel arrangements.
- BTI will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury during your trip.
- BTI advises that you carry your own Health Insurance during overseas trips.
- BTI will not be responsible in case of any illness during your trip.
- BTI should be notified in writing, for any request of cancellation.
- BTI will have a cancellation fee of $200, if the written notice is submitted within 30 days of a scheduled trip and $400 if the written notice is submitted within 7 days of the scheduled trip.
- BTI will return refund checks within one week of receiving written cancellation notice (less the applicable fees).
- BTI will refund the entire amount of deposit on your visa or mastercard transaction, if any scheduled trip is canceled. BTI will assume no responsibility for any cancellation that is based on circumstances beyond our control.
- BTI will require a deposit equal to 50% of the total tour cost at the time of registration. The balance shall be submitted no later than one month before the scheduled tour.
- Becka Tango House is not a hotel. It is a large, comfortable and luxurious residence totaling 12 rooms. Specifically, a ballroom, living and dining rooms, 2 family rooms, 2 kitchens and a breakfast room, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and showers that will be courteously shared by all the guests. This house was built at the turn of the century, thus it may not conform to current US building standards and codes. We take pride in maintaining the originality and antiquity of all features.
- BTH is a NON-SMOKING facility. However, the central courtyard is designated as a common smoking area.
